BINUS @Semarang Campus is seeking candidates for an internship-like role to support curriculum quality and academic resource management. You will assist in maintaining and improving teaching and learning capabilities, gather data on FM standards, and coordinate documentation updates.

The role welcomes Diploma holders or university students (6th semester) with a focus on data, documentation, and process improvement. No prior experience is required, and you will work under supervision on campus.

Qualifications

• Assist related Study Programs in maintaining and improving teaching & learning capability.
• Provide data related to curriculum development process and records.
• Maintain and implement valid policies and procedures related to curriculum quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Study Programs to maintain and improve teaching & learning capability.
• Gather data related to FM and ratio data between existing FM and standard.
• Communicate development program to FM to improve FM qualification at BINUS @Semarang Campus.
• Provide data related to curriculum development process.
• Update documentation and records in Academic & Lecturer Resources at BINUS @Semarang Campus.
• Process outdated documentation to avoid obsolete editions.
• Provide documents for academic promotion at BINUS @Semarang Campus.
