Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a Campus Administration professional to maintain and improve curriculum quality across programs at BINUS @Semarang Campus. You will coordinate with Study Programs to align curriculum development with standards and manage document control in Academic & Lecturer Resources.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 2 years of campus administration experience, with willingness to be placed in Medan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 2 years of campus administration experience.
• Willing to be placed in Medan.

Responsibilities

• Maintain teaching & learning capability with related Study Program.
• Review the ideal number of FM and the ratio data between existing FM and standard.
• Implement development program to improve FM qualification in BINUS @Semarang Campus.
• Communicate with related parties to develop current FM to meet related standards.
• Coordinate with Study Programs regarding curriculum development process.
• Implement valid policies and procedures related to curriculum quality.
• Maintain and track high-quality curriculum program delivery.
• Update changes related to curriculum quality control processes and initiatives.
• Maintain master control list of documents and records in Academic & Lecturer Resources.
• Arrange development of document control processes to improve the current process.
• Maintain documents for academic promotion at BINUS @Semarang Campus.
• Arrange reports related to Academic & Lecturer Resources at BINUS @Semarang Campus.
