Job summary

Beautyhaul is seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser/Designer to craft eye-catching retail fixtures, in-store displays, and installations that strengthen brand visibility and presence. You will translate concepts into practical designs and oversee production from ideation to on-site installation.

Collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams, you will manage multiple VM projects, coordinate with vendors and the Warehouse, and ensure timelines, budgets, and quality meet brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or related field.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of retail fixtures, displays, and end-to-end production.
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to translate concepts into visually appealing displays.
• Experience with beauty, retail, FMCG trends is a plus.

Job Description

• Develop eye-catching and impactful designs for retail fixtures, in-store displays, installations, activations, booths, and partnership decors to strengthen brand visibility and presence.
• Translate creative concepts into practical designs and ensure seamless execution from ideation, design development, production, to on-site installation.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Sales, and other related teams to align VM initiatives with brand campaigns and business objectives.
• Manage and coordinate fixture, event, booth, and other VM assets, including inventory and storage, in collaboration with the Warehouse team.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, production, and vendor performance to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
• Coordinate with external vendors and oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring quality and specifications meet the approved designs.
• Conduct on-site visits and support project installation and execution when required.
• Manage multiple VM projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent background in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with retail fixtures, display materials, and end-to-end production processes.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into visually appealing and functional retail displays.
• Up to date with beauty, retail, FMCG, and consumer trends.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively, from ideation through execution.
• Comfortable working outside the office and supporting on-site project execution when needed.
• Experience in retail, beauty, or FMCG industries is a plus.
