Job summary

framas Indonesia is seeking an CAD Developer to create precise 3D product designs aligned with tooling packages, customer specs, and internal processes. You will collaborate with the Development team to refine concepts, ensure data accuracy, and support mass production grading.

Responsibilities include translating concepts into manufacturable digital models, maintaining quality, and contributing to efficient production workflows. English communication is required, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of CAD design experience in manufacturing fields.
• Grasshopper and Moldflow knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mold making and injection processes.
• Ability to translate concepts into manufacturable 3D models.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D and 3D product designs from tooling tech packs and customer requirements.
• Update and revise design files based on customer and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, specs and production feasibility.
• Continuously improve product quality through optimization and refinement.
