You will work closely with buyers, design teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to translate market needs into actionable design briefs and ensure products meet quality standards.

The role requires 2+ years in footwear product development, deep knowledge of production processes, and strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and suppliers.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the main contact for buyers and sales to understand market needs and requirements.
• Translate buyer needs into clear design briefs for development.
• Present concepts, prototypes, and final designs to buyers and incorporate feedback.
• Lead design and development, collaborating with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• Oversee prototypes and samples to ensure alignment with expectations and quality standards.
• Manage material, color, and finish selection for aesthetics and function.
• Conduct product testing for durability, comfort, and performance.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth, on-time manufacturing.
• Monitor production quality and resolve issues during manufacturing.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze post-production feedback for future product improvements.
• Stay updated on footwear trends and technologies to stay competitive.
• Maintain records of specifications, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare progress reports with milestones and risk assessments.
