Job summary

SIGMATECH in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 engineer to design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and more.

You will lead tenant migrations, optimize security and compliance, and develop automation using PowerShell. You will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into best-practice Microsoft 365 architectures and produce comprehensive technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online to Purview).
• Migrate tenants and lead projects including Business Premium/ME5 deployments.
• Configure and manage Conditional Access and MFA.
• Manage Entra ID/Azure AD and Intune deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues (L2/L3).
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administration and reporting.
• Produce documentation and runbooks; mentor junior engineers.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership during projects and major incidents.
