Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking a Pattern Engineer to develop and optimize footwear upper patterns, ensuring manufacturability and quality while aligning with technical specifications.

The role involves collaboration with design, production, and QA teams to support sample development, commercialization, and mass production readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in pattern/product/process engineering within footwear manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of footwear construction and production processes.
• Experience in sample development, commercialization, and production support preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD pattern systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cross-functional settings.
• Good command of English is advantageous.
• Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang and work in a fast-paced environment.
