Responsibilities

• Carry out the pattern cutting process for all shoe samples.
• Check 2D, 3D, and crispin files from Taiwan.
• Inspect brass logo molds and create embossed mica patterns.
• Check the quality of new shoe products to identify any issues.

Job description

Responsibilities

• carry out the pattern cutting process for all shoe samples.
• Check 2D, 3D and crispin files from taiwan..
• Checking shoe samples and tech package.
• Prepare and inspect brass logo molds, injection molds, and hot-press molds from the mold factory, and create embossed mica patterns.
• Check the quality of new shoe products to identify any issues before mass production
• Communicate with various company stakeholders
• Collaborating with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to implement innovative solutions
• Handle and follow up on data and documents report
• Assist in organizing meetings to introduce new models after the trial is completed

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in shoe manufacturing (fresh graduate are welcome)
• Have 2D & 3D capabilities
• Confident in communicating in English both orally and in writing (TOEFL/IELTS/EFSET Certificate).
• Understand each process and principle for shoe making
• Eager to learn new technology of shoes making process
• Must be aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment
