DBC Group invites fresh graduates to join the DBC Management Trainee 2027, a one-year development program designed to fast-track leadership across Indonesia's building materials and manufacturing sectors. Participants rotate through engineering, IT, HR, and commercial tracks under mentorship and hands-on projects.

mobility is required to be stationed at designated hubs such as Jakarta, Cibitung, Cikarang, Surabaya, or Ngoro.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduates or ≤1 year of experience.
• Willing to be stationed at Jakarta, Cibitung, Cikarang, Surabaya, or Ngoro.
• Strong leadership potential and adaptability.
