Zara in Hong Kong seeks a Sales Assistant to deliver top-notch customer service, assist sales across the floor, cash desk and fitting room, and maintain visual standards. The role rewards a fast-paced fashion environment with growth opportunities. Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.

Work location: Admiralty / Tai Kok Tsui. Full-time contract with strong incentive potential. Fresh graduates with fashion education are welcome, and a passion for fashion should shine through in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year+ retail sales related working experience is preferred.
• Fresh Graduate with Fashion education background also welcome for apply.
• Love fashion and transmit this passion to the team and customers.
• Be a multitasker, creative, detail minded and proactive.
• Enjoy fast-paced environment and good at teamwork; strong English, Mandarin and Cantonese skills.

Being a Sales Assistant in ZARA, you will be:

Deliver a high level of customer service

Offers assisted sales in the sales area, provide the best customer services on cash desk and fitting room operations

Familiar with the latest fashion trends and maintain the visual standards of stores

Promotes integrated sales, offering customers all purchase possibilities to drives sales

Builds a lasting relationship with the customer

Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders and management
