Job summary

Based in Hong Kong, this role reports to the Regional Director Asia Pacific and develops wholesale and travel retail in the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan). You will analyze markets, build the wholesale network, manage distributor relationships, and report on performance metrics.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fine jewellery or luxury watches, strong knowledge of wholesale/travel retail, and fluency in English and Chinese, with travel willingness.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in fine jewellery or luxury watch sectors.
• Knowledge of wholesale and travel retail markets.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Wholesale and Travel Retail channels for the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan).
• Analyze market and competitors; define brand strategies and grow the wholesale network.
• Prepare summary reports on the area's commercial performance.
• Implement commercial policy via customer development strategies.
• Manage distribution networks and relationships (pre- and post-sales).
• Increase brand's commercial development and monitor competitors' indicators.

Job description

Report directly to the Regional Director Asia Pacific and based in Hong Kong, the position is accountable for the development of wholesale and travel retail business in the region (excluding Japan).

Responsibilities:

• Development of Wholesale and Travel Retail channels for the assigned geographical area;
• Analysis of market and competitors, defining the implementation strategies of the brand and developing the wholesale network, managing the relations with partners;
• Prepare summary reports on the commercial performance of the area;
• Implement the commercial policy following the company guidelines, through a strategy of customer development;
• Manage a distribution network in the areas of interest of the company;
• Manage commercial relationships (pre and post sales);
• Increase the commercial development of the brand;
• Collect all the commercial indicators necessary to monitor competitors from the reference market.

Job Qualifications

• Has experience in the role of at least 5 years in fine jewellery or luxury watch;
• Has knowledge of the wholesale and travel retail market;
• Speaks fluency in English and Chinese;
• Is available to travel.
