Aberdeen Investments, based in Hong Kong, seeks a sales support professional to back Wholesale & Institutional teams across Greater China, including HK, China and Taiwan. You will help grow business through client servicing, fund research liaison, and consultant relations with Morningstar.

You will collaborate with sales, investment specialists, product, marketing and client service to improve efficiency, prepare materials, and strengthen relationships with fund researchers and consultants.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, preferably asset management.
• Strong interest in financial markets, investment funds and asset allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide dedicated support to Wholesale and Institutional sales teams across Greater China.
• Coordinate client presentations, investment proposals, DDQs, RFPs and other materials.
• Support pre-meeting preparation with market info and portfolio data.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up actions and client requests.
• Develop client-facing messaging and ensure compliance approvals.
• Liaise with investment, product and sales teams to support inquiries.
• Support distributor onboarding and ongoing client servicing.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and related systems.
• Support local client events, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
• Generate sales reports and pipeline analytics for management.
