ELITE CONCEPTS in Hong Kong is seeking a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager for its Western restaurant to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold service standards.

The role requires 5-8 years' managerial experience in Western restaurant operations, strong leadership, and bilingual Chinese/English communication; the chosen candidate will manage budgets, marketing, training, and health/safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth operation and provide first-class services to guests
• Manage operation cost to ensure a profitable food and beverage operation
• Develop budget for restaurant outlet and achieve revenue targets
• Update and ensure all standard operating procedures are in place and followed
• Co-ordinate with General Manager and Executive Chef in menu planning and pricing policies to produce qualityfood varieties withsatisfiedprofitmargin
• Plan external and internal marketing and promotional activities, special events and functionsto drive revenues
• Plan, recruit and hire the right candidatesfor food and beverage production, servicing and sales
• Lead training and proper administration for the whole team to meet the performance standard
• Ensure the compliance of health and safety regulations, hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance
• Potential candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
