The ideal candidate has 3 years or more in a Western kitchen, hotel kitchen exposure is preferred, and graduates from hotel industry training school are encouraged to apply. On-site work at 1 On Ping Street, Shatin, HK, with contact tel provided.

• 3 years or more working experience in Western kitchen.
• Hotel kitchen experience is preferable but not required.
• Graduates from hotel industry training school preferred.
