Qualifications

• University/College graduate with 8+ years in insurance or healthcare transformation operation and product marketing functions.
• Ability to apply a commercial orientation within operation design with data analytic skill.
• Demonstrated thought managerial skill.
• Able to influence stakeholders to affect process change.
• High degree of urgency and ownership.
• Work independently with ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
• Ability to excel as project leader.
• Measure performance by KPI results and impact.
• Good knowledge in workflow system.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Lead for target operation model design and implementation.
