Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong seeks a Director to lead Health Value-Added Services, driving end-to-end health propositions and ecosystem solutions. You will oversee partnership sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing management to deliver differentiated health offerings and superior customer value.

The role requires deep knowledge of health products, services, and cross-functional collaboration to execute the Integrated Healthcare Strategy and propel growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree in Insurance, Business, Actuarial or Healthcare.
• 12+ years of insurance and healthcare experience.
• Proficient knowledge on insurance products, healthcare and wellness services and ecosystem in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of VAS Managers to drive end-to-end health propositions, value-added services, and ecosystem solutions.
• Identify, negotiate and onboard strategic healthcare and wellness partners to support growth.
• Design propositions and services with healthcare partners and integrate digital solutions with offline services.
