AIA Hong Kong and Macau invites a senior leader to formulate and drive wellness strategy for its Alta Wellness Haven, targeting UHNW/HNW clients. You will shape a customer-centric program, steer partnerships, and oversee centre operations, ensuring exceptional service and sustainable growth.

The role requires a strong track record in healthcare/wellness leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization across Hong Kong and greater China.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare and wellness industry
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Commercial orientation with data analytics
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Wellness centre operations experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define wellness proposition strategy for UHNW and HNW segments
• Set strategic roadmap and partnerships for Wellness Haven
• Lead centre operating model and membership structure evolution
• Oversee day-to-day operations and P&L of the Wellness Haven
• Manage relationships with partners across HK and China
• Monitor costs and optimize financial performance
• Design and implement promotional strategies and events
• Lead and develop a high-performance wellness team
• Build governance and cross-functional collaboration frameworks
