AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Marketing, Distribution & Partnership team. You will contribute to developing Health strategy, ecosystem and propositions to drive KPI achievement and superior customer value.

You will engage customers, partners and stakeholders, delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging for Healthier, Longer, Better Lives across channels. The role emphasizes strategy development, partnerships and market insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Healthcare.
• 5 years of relevant healthcare experience required.
• Strong ability to develop health strategy and propositions.
• Good knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop Health Strategy and ecosystem for superior customer value propositions.
• Drive partnership development and channel engagement programs.
• Strengthen existing partnerships and streamline workflows for efficiency.
• Prepare business cases and support project development.
• Collaborate with departments and partners to achieve KPIs and objectives.
• Research market trends and recommend ecosystem enhancements.
