Job summary

WeLab Bank is seeking an organized professional to manage daily loan operations, ensuring smooth processes and adherence to policies. The role involves reconciliations, reviews, and driving efficiency through project work and UAT collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in Personal Loan products, strong English and Chinese communication, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset within a fast-paced fintech environment in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 2 years related work experience in Personal Loan Products. Knowledge and experience in Secured Loan Business or Policy Loan Business is an advantage.
• A Self-initiative individual who thrives in a team environment.
• Highly organized, responsible, and eager to identify and pursue improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and address challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the daily operations of the Loan Business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Perform daily reconciliation, conduct regular reviews, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity in operations.
• Ensure than all operational processes adhere to the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to a culture of compliance and risk management.
• Participate in projects focused on developing new processes and services, automating workflows, and enhancing systems through user acceptance testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency

What Is Required And What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing system enhancement projects and UAT activities.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, productivity management and workforce optimization.
• Experience managing cross-border teams will be an advantage.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity tools, workflow automation platforms, data analytics solutions or emerging technologies to improve operational performance.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and innovation to drive operational transformation and customer experience enhancement.
