Job summary
Futu Holdings Limited is seeking a product manager to own the end-to-end trading experience for the Web3 business, spanning product, growth, and UX. You will translate user insights into strategies that boost activation, engagement, retention, and trading volume.
Collaborating with Design, UX, and Engineering, you will drive the roadmap, conduct user research, and ensure high-quality delivery while staying ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, fintech, or trading products.
- Understanding trader needs and behaviors.
- Experience with product-led growth and funnel optimization.
- Strong UX judgment translating workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Proven ability to manage products from research to launch.
- Strong user research and competitive analysis skills.
- Ability to prioritize and translate needs into clear requirements.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and delivery of high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Own trading experience including product design, flows, and front-end features.
- Define and execute roadmap across trading, growth, UX; prioritize features.
- Lead full product lifecycle from research to launch and optimization.
- Conduct user research and convert insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Design, UX, Engineering and teams for delivery.
- Track market trends and perform competitive analysis.
