Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited seeks a compliant and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day business compliance within wealth management and securities activities in Hong Kong. You will review ISDA documentation, coordinate with Legal and Compliance, and implement SFC requirements across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ISDA documentation and OTC derivatives workflows (Master Agreements, Schedules, CSAs)
• Solid understanding of SFC conduct requirements, licensed business scope, product distribution and investor classification
• Experience reviewing client service and counterparty agreements from a business perspective
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into departmental procedures and controls
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Trading and Operations on documentation and approvals

Responsibilities

• Review business agreements, client service, distribution and counterparty agreements; assess terms, fees, disclosures and feasibility; coordinate with Legal and Compliance; track approvals and retention.
• Implement SFC regulatory requirements through procedures, controls and staff guidance; maintain records and monitor action items.
• Coordinate ISDA documentation workflow from initiation to execution; liaise with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Trading and Operations; manage counterparty eligibility and collateral arrangements.
• Establish and update departmental procedures, approval matrices and documentation standards; support product reviews and marketing material oversight.
• Translate approved terms into practical workflows; support system enhancements and training for business teams.
