Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, Business, Compliance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant business compliance management or regulatory implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting ISDA documentation and OTC derivatives workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review client service and counterparty agreements; assess terms, fees and disclosures and coordinate with Legal and Compliance.
• Implement SFC requirements in daily operations; maintain procedures and controls; coordinate approvals.
• Coordinate ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, CSAs and confirmations from initiation to execution and trading readiness.
• Establish and update departmental procedures; support product reviews and marketing material compliance.
• Translate approved terms into practical workflows; provide training to colleagues.
