Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Product Specialist to drive discretionary and mutual funds assets within the private bank. You will provide client-focused support, marketing, and aftersales activities on a compliant platform, and assist RMs and Investment Counsellors with fund proposals.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers to integrate assets into discretionary programs and serve as a brand ambassador, upholding HSBC’s culture and standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed solutions within Wealth/Asset Management.
• Strong communication skills to present financial concepts and strategies.
• Knowledge of asset classes, portfolio construction and PM.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong business acumen and risk mindset.
• Team player.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Mandarin and Cantonese in business setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Increase the private bank's share of discretionary and mutual funds assets.
• Provide client-focused support, marketing and aftersales activities on a compliant infrastructure.
• Support Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors in discretionary and mutual funds investment proposals.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to build assets into discretionary programs.
• Act as HSBC culture carrier and brand ambassador.
