Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Product Specialist to join its Private Banking team in Hong Kong. You will enhance the discretionary and mutual funds offering by delivering a client-focused platform and coordinating with RMs, investment counsellors, and portfolio managers.

The role requires solid knowledge of asset classes, portfolio construction, and strong communication skills to explain complex strategies. Mandarin and Cantonese in business settings are an added advantage, with a focus on risk-aware,

Qualifications

Experience in wealth/asset management and managed solutions.
Strong communication to explain financial concepts.
Knowledge of asset classes, portfolio construction.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Business acumen and risk mindset; team player.
Bachelor or graduate degree required.
Mandarin and Cantonese in business setting is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Grow private bank discretionary and mutual funds assets via client-focused platform.
Provide best-in-class client support, marketing, and aftersales activities.
Support Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors in discretionary and mutual funds proposals.
Collaborate with portfolio managers to build assets into discretionary programs.
