Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Product Specialist to drive growth in discretionary and mutual funds from our private bank clients. You will provide client-focused support, marketing, and aftersales activities within a compliant infrastructure and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors on investment proposals.

The role requires strong communication, asset-knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with Mandarin and Cantonese as an added advantage in business

Qualifications

• Experience in managed solutions within Wealth Management and/or Asset Management.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to present financial concepts and strategies.
• Good knowledge across asset classes, portfolio construction and portfolio management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good business acumen and strong risk mindset.

Responsibilities

• Increase the private bank's share of discretionary and mutual funds assets by providing a solid client-focused platform.
• Provide best in class internal and external client-focused support, marketing, and aftersales activities, on an effective, efficient and compliant infrastructure.
• Support Relationship Managers and Investment Counsellors in discretionary and mutual funds investment proposals.
• Work closely with portfolio managers to build assets into the discretionary programs.
• Be a culture carrier and brand ambassador for HSBC.
