Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited invites experienced wealth and relationship professionals to join International Wealth Premier Banking. You will collaborate with Relationship Development Managers to deliver outstanding client experiences and drive revenue through up-selling investment and insurance products.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, HKSI/IIQE qualifications advantageous, and at least five years’ banking sales experience.

Qualifications

Degree holder with strong sales experience in banking or financial services.
Pass in HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3 is advantageous.
Ability to adapt to a sales and service oriented environment with Chinese and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Relationship Development Managers to ensure smooth hand-over and partnership in managing customer experience.
Up-sell, cross sell and provide regular market updates for investment and insurance products to customers.
Contribute to revenue and growth targets for International Wealth Premier Banking.
Identify customer needs and opportunities to deepen relationships.
Deliver quality and professional services to wealth customers, ensuring superior customer experience.
