OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead a team of Personal Financial Consultants and Premier Relationship Managers. You will formulate strategies to meet KPIs, identify new Premier customers, and drive deposits, investments, and insurance revenues while maintaining high service standards.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, you will oversee regulatory compliance, credit controls, and sales activities, ensuring disciplined execution under pressure

Formación

• Extensive banking experience with at least 10 years in retail banking.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role overseeing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of investment and insurance products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Personal Financial Consultants and Premier Relationship Managers.
• Formulate business strategies to meet Team KPIs.
• Identify sales opportunities to acquire Premier customers and grow deposits and revenues.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with credit, operational and account opening regulations.
