Job summary

ICBC International in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Wealth Management Sales professional to provide tailored wealth management and investment advisory services to High Net Worth clients. You will analyze client needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable products and build trusted relationships.

The role requires 7+ years in corporate sales or retail banking with knowledge of fixed income or equity-linked products, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Experience in trainer roles for junior Sales Managers and knowledge of structured products.
• 7+ years in Corporate Sales or Retail Banking with fixed income or equity-linked products.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide wealth management and investment advisory services to High Net Worth clients.
• Analyze client financial needs and risk profiles to recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Actively develop new client relationships and expand portfolios to achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and support.
• Perform daily operations and customer service tasks.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by management.
