MooMoo in Hong Kong seeks an experienced wealth advisor to cultivate long-term relationships with affluent clients and understand their financial objectives. You will tailor wealth strategies and asset allocations that align with risk tolerance and liquidity needs.

Collaborate with internal product, investment advisory, operations and compliance teams to deliver compliant, client-centered service and support growth in assets under management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; English a plus.
• HK work visa eligibility (IANG, TTPS, QMAS).
• At least 2 years' experience in private banking/wealth management.
• Knowledge of private wealth management processes and regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with financial products; strong client need analysis and asset allocation.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, team spirit and service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with affluent clients to understand objectives and risk appetite.
• Provide wealth management and asset allocation solutions aligned to client needs and policies.
• Identify opportunities and present suitable investment products with clear risk and suitability notes.
• Conduct regular client reviews and coordinate with product, investment advisory, operations and compliance teams.
• Support AUM growth, client retention, and revenue through compliant, high-quality service.
• Provide timely market updates and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
• Handle client feedback and complaints with proper documentation and escalation.
• Strengthen loyalty through meetings, seminars and investment strategy briefings.
