Job summary

Alpha Ladder Group, a Singapore-headquartered fintech group, is seeking a driven product/marketing professional with Web3/digital-asset exposure welcomed. You will manage the cash management and yield product lifecycle, plan corporate and client campaigns, and drive in-app onboarding/conversion improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong data analysis, independent material production, and bilingual Chinese/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Participate in the full lifecycle of cash management and yield products from design to launch.
• Plan and execute product campaigns for corporate and individual clients; track performance and conversions.
• Help improve the in-app subscription journey and online conversion.
• Run internal sales training to help front line teams understand and present the products.
• Maintain the product dashboard with regular management reporting.

What You Will Do

• Take part in the full lifecycle of cash management and yield products from design to launch; build product materials and sales toolkits.
• Plan and execute product campaigns for corporate and individual clients; track performance and subscription conversion.
• Help improve the in app subscription journey and online conversion.
• Run internal sales training to help front line teams understand and present the products.
• Maintain the product dashboard with regular management reporting.

What We Look For

• 6 years in product, product marketing or sales enablement at a wealth manager, asset manager, private bank or wealth platform.
• Familiarity with cash management or yield products (broker yield certificates, cash management wealth products, structured deposits, money market funds) preferred.
• Able to independently produce materials, presentations and data analysis.
• driven, resilient and a fast learner.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.

Nice to Have

• Digital asset/ stablecoin knowledge; corporate treasury or transaction banking products; wealth app growth experience.
