Job summary

Alpha Ladder Group, a Singapore-headquartered fintech group, is seeking a driven product/marketing professional with Web3/digital-asset exposure welcomed. You will manage the cash management and yield product lifecycle, plan corporate and client campaigns, and drive in-app onboarding/conversion improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong data analysis, independent material production, and bilingual Chinese/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Participate in the full lifecycle of cash management and yield products from design to launch.
• Plan and execute product campaigns for corporate and individual clients; track performance and conversions.
• Help improve the in-app subscription journey and online conversion.
• Run internal sales training to help front line teams understand and present the products.
• Maintain the product dashboard with regular management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead product materials and sales toolkits for client engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize go-to-market efforts.
• Develop data-driven insights to improve product performance and conversions.
• Deliver trainings to frontline teams on product features and benefits.
• Produce clear dashboards and regular performance reporting for management.
