Qualifications

• Educational background: 2026/2027 graduates or fresh graduates with a university degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Internship commitment: complete a 3-month pre-employment internship before full-time conversion.
• Visa readiness: TTPS, QMAS, or IANG visa holders welcomed and able to work on visa application.
• Licensing commitment: complete IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3 before or at start of programme.
• Language advantage: Mandarin proficiency or mainland background preferred.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
• Energetic and passionate about wealth management.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication, collaboration, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions including risk management, investment planning, wealth management, and retirement planning.
• Conduct needs-based analyses to tailor solutions for high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Analyze portfolios, financial data, and market trends to support advisory decisions.
• Participate in a structured fast-track programme to develop into managerial roles.
• Commit to continuous learning across financial products, planning tools, and client development.
