Qualifications

University degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years in Banking/Financial Services (Private Banking/Wealth Mgmt).
At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Proficient in English and Mandarin; cross-border communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to deliver wealth management services.
Oversee daily maintenance and deepening of key client relationships and handle escalations.
Ensure onboarding, KYC, and CDD comply with regulatory and internal policies.
Supervise investment and insurance transaction processing and oversight.
Streamline daily workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
