Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in securities trading or wealth management operations.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered.
• Experience in handling Mutual Funds is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage trade orders for HK and US stocks.
• Process corporate actions to ensure accurate position records.
• Perform daily reconciliations of trade activities and cash balances.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational services.
• Support ad-hoc projects and assist in user acceptance testing.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of operational activities.
