Job summary

WeLab, a leading fintech platform in Hong Kong, seeks a Wealth Manager to supervise a high-net-worth client portfolio. You will conduct suitability assessments and provide integrated wealth and insurance solutions, aiming to meet revenue targets with top-tier advisory quality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Wealth Management or Retail Banking, strong product knowledge, and fluent English and Chinese. HKSI/IIQE qualifications are advantageous, with a dynamic, collaborative team culture at

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customers by providing personalized wealth management and financial planning services
• Build trusted and long-term customer relationships through regular portfolio reviews, proactive engagement, and timely identification of customers' evolving financial needs
• Conduct comprehensive suitability assessments to recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions, including mutual funds and bancassurance
• Achieve revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and advisory quality
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by increasing product penetration across the Bank's wealth and banking offerings
• Partner closely with different stakeholders to deliver holistic wealth solutions and exceptional customer experiences
• Stay abreast of market developments, investment trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to provide timely and relevant advice to customers
• Ensure all sales and advisory activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, suitability standards, and the Bank's policies and procedures

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management and/or Retail Banking, with experience serving high net worth customers
• Passed HKSI Papers 1 and 4 and qualified IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3
• CFP, CPWP, CFA, ECF-WM, or other professional wealth management qualifications will be an advantage
• Proven track record in achieving investment and insurance sales targets
• Strong product knowledge of investment products and insurance solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage affluent and high net worth customers confidently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
