Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau invites university undergraduates or fresh graduates to join our 1-year full-scheme development program as a full-time internship, with 2-3 working days per week to accommodate your school schedule.

Gain core financial expertise across wealth and portfolio management, investment strategies, retirement planning, and risk management, while receiving 1-on-1 executive mentorship and access to exclusive interview etiquette and networking activities.
