AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking dynamic individuals for a wealth management trainee program. You will learn to provide comprehensive wealth management solutions for high net worth clients and design personalized portfolios.

The role offers fast-track promotion, mentorship from senior advisers, and opportunities to participate in overseas conferences after training, with strong English and Chinese communication required.

Qualifications

• University degree holder or equivalent (Welcome IANG visa and dependent visa holders)
• Fresh graduates /candidates with less experiences are welcome to join the trainee program
• Entrepreneurship vision and self-motivated mindset
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentations skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
