Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or a client-facing/support role.
• HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 (or willingness to obtain).
• Detail-oriented with ownership and accountability.
• Energetic, proactive, able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Relationship Managers to support day-to-day client servicing, order execution, and revenue-generating activities.
• Deliver timely, high-quality service to clients and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Ensure accurate handling of client data, documentation, and account records.
• Support account opening and onboarding with focus on turnaround time and client experience.
• Participate in compliance and control functions, including AML, CDD, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring.
• Drive operational efficiency by managing administrative tasks and identifying process improvements.
• Contribute to business initiatives and ad-hoc projects for team growth.
