You will cultivate high-net-worth individuals, corporate and institutional clients, analyze investment needs and build long-term relationships to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in financial engineering, finance, economics, investment or related disciplines.
• 3 years or more of work experience in business management, business development, customer development or project management.
• Familiar with financial markets and investment products, with strong capabilities in market analysis, customer development, business negotiation and business expansion.

Responsabilités

• Market and client expansion: develop high-net-worth individuals, corporate and institutional clients, analyse customer investment needs, establish and maintain long-term stable customer relationships, and promote business opportunity conversion
• Investment product and wealth management promotion: promote company investment products in the market, analyse customer needs, and coordinate internal professional teams to provide customers with corresponding asset allocation and wealth management solutions
• Institutional cooperation and market development: expand cooperation channels with banks, financial institutions, family offices and professional service institutions, conduct business negotiations and strategic cooperation, track asset management, wealth management and capital market development trends in Hong Kong and overseas, and provide references for company business layout and market expansion
• Business project management and customer maintenance: follow up on key customers and business projects, coordinate internal teams to advance project implementation, track business conversion and cooperation progress, explore subsequent business opportunities according to customer needs, and regularly report business expansion to management
