Job summary

Valuable Capital Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior role within Asset Management to lead client development and relationship management across institutional clients, UHNW segments, and family offices.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver customized investment solutions, oversee onboarding, and ensure compliance with SFC Type 9 guidelines while targeting growth and AUM expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, marketing, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for SFC Type 1 or Type 9 activities.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures (OFC/SPC/LPF) and asset classes; strong pitching skills.
• Minimum 5 years in wealth management or asset management sales in HK/Greater China.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and bilingual English/Putonghua communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop institutional business opportunities; build trust-based client relationships.
• Hit annual KPI targets and formulate sales strategies for growth.
• Drive net inflows across public/private funds and discretionary mandates.
• Oversee client onboarding, due diligence, and account setup with operations/compliance.
• Maintain client databases and marketing collaterals (Pitchbooks, Factsheets, Term Sheets).
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
