Job summary

Solomon HR invites a skilled Watchmaker to join a luxury watch brand as Watchmaker and Product Service. You will provide technical support and after-sales service for customer products, focusing on diagnostics, repair, maintenance, testing, and quality checks.

The role requires a certified watchmaking qualification, minimum 3 years of experience, and familiarity with luxury brands. Strong technical abilities and good English plus Cantonese/Mandarin are essential; WOSTEP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified Watchmaker or relevant watchmaking qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in watch repair or after-sales service.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands is an advantage.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and hands-on skills.
• Good English and Cantonese/Mandarin; WOSTEP certification is a plus; basic computer skills.
