Job summary

Solomon HR Solution Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Regional Lead for the Watchmaker Team & After Sales Team to supervise premium watch service networks across markets. You will drive repair quality, service excellence, and timely turnaround while guiding training and capability development for internal and external teams.

You will manage regional workshops, coordinate parts and communications, and lead workforce planning and performance oversight in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in a technical or engineering-related discipline.
• Proven experience in high standard after-sales service, workshop management, or technical operations, preferably within a premium or luxury consumer goods environment.
• Strong leadership, people management, and regional stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and operational management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality and customer service focus.
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead various repair centres, after-sales service operations and technical support across multiple markets in the Region.
• Oversee workshop / repair centre performance, ensuring high standards in repair quality, service excellence, and turnaround time.
• Manage watchmaker training, knowledge sharing, and capability development for internal and external service teams.
• Provide guidance on service processes, product maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate spare parts management, workshop operations, and service-related communications with stakeholders.
• Support service excellence initiatives and represent the company in training sessions and industry events.
• Lead and develop local service teams, including workforce planning, coaching, performance management, and engagement.
