Job summary

Leadingnation 在深圳設有研發與生產基地，現招募具3–5年錶類開發經驗的結構工程專才，負責新產品開發、結構與機芯評估、樣辦監控及技術難題解決等工作。

此職位要求具管理與專案協調經驗，熟悉 AutoCAD、SolidWorks、Pro-E、CATIA 等繪圖軟件，並能長期駐深圳廠房與團隊協作，英文、粵語、普通話皆需良好表達能力。

Qualifications

• 具备3至5年手錶開發（R&D）或結構工程實務經驗。
• 具備團隊管理及項目統籌經驗，能帶領團隊提升。
• 機械/鐘錶相關科系大專以上學歷，工程背景優先。
• 熟練 AutoCAD(2D) 與 SolidWorks/Pro-E/CATIA（3D）等繪圖軟件。
• 熟悉手錶結構、機芯、錶殼、錶帶、錶針、錶盤與錶冠等工藝要求。
• 具獨立解決生產線技術問題能力，細心且抗壓。
• 工作地點須長駐深圳廠房，必要時出差。

Responsibilities

• 新產品導入（NPI）：領導新錶產品技術開發，將設計概念圖轉化為量產技術圖與樣辦。

職責

• 新產品開發 (NPI)： 主導手錶新品的技術開發，將設計師的概念圖紙轉化為可量產的技術圖紙與實物樣辦，精確轉化為符合量生產標準的工程技術圖紙與實物樣辦。

• 結構與機芯可行性評估： 審查 2D/3D工程圖紙，進行手錶結構與機芯可行性評估，確保產品結構符合生產要求與標準。

• 樣辦與試產監控： 負責樣辦開發和小批量試產，密切監控樣辦與配件品質、開發進度，並詳細記錄試裝過程中的異常問題。

• 鐘錶技術難題解決： 負責解決手錶在結構設計、高精密物料選用、防水性能及裝配工藝上的技術難題，並深入一線提供技術支持。

• 不良解析與客訴處理： 負責協調客戶對產品的投訴與生產線不良品（如走時不準、外觀刮花、結構鬆動）的深度解析與追蹤，提出根本原因分析及閉環改善方案。

• 工藝與成本優化： 評估現有產品結構與配件的優劣，研究並引入新技術、新工藝、新材料，提出降低成本（Cost-down）或提升裝配效益的方案。

• 團隊與供應商協作： 負責管理研發團隊的事務，為設計、生產、品質等部門提供技術支援，並與相關部門及供應商保持高效溝通配合。

要求

• 行業背景(硬性指標)： 必需具備3至5年或以上「手錶產品開發(R&D)」或「手錶結構工程」的實際工作經驗。

• 管理經驗： 具傋管理及項目統籌實際經驗，能帶領團隊提升進步的能力。

• 學歷要求： 機械工程、產品工程、鐘錶製造或相關專業大專或以上學歷（具備工程背景優先）。

• 繪圖軟件： 精通 AutoCAD (2D) 及 SolidWorks / Pro-E / CATIA (3D) 等工業級工程繪圖與結構造型軟件。

• 專業知識： 精通手錶開發工程結構，熟悉機芯、錶殼、錶帶、錶針、錶盤、錶的（冠）的功能檢驗、組裝配合及製作工藝要求。

• 核心能力： 具備獨立解決生產線技術問題的能力，工作細心，抗壓能力強。

• 工作地點： 須長駐深圳廠房，或按需要出差

• 語言能力： 具備流利的英語、粵語及普通話聽說讀寫能力。

Responsibilities

• New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead the technical development of new watch products; convert conceptual design layouts into mass-production ready engineering drawings and physical prototypes.

• Feasibility Assessment: Review 2D/3D engineering drawings and assess watch structure and movement feasibility to ensure compliance with production standards.

• Prototyping & Trial Production: Oversee watch sampling, prototyping, and small-batch trial production; monitor component quality, track timelines, and document assembly abnormalities.

• Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues regarding watch structure, high-precision materials, water resistance, and assembly processes; provide on-site technical support.

• Defect Analysis & Complaints: Coordinate customer product complaints and conduct in-depth analysis on production line defects (e.g., timing inaccuracies, scratches, looseness); deliver root-cause analysis and improvements.

• Process & Cost Optimization: Evaluate current product structures and components; research and introduce new horological technologies, materials, or processes to drive cost-down and efficiency.

• Team & Supplier Collaboration: Manage daily operations of the R&D team; provide technical support to Design, Production, and Quality departments, and collaborate efficiently with suppliers.

Requirements

• Industry Background (Must-Have): Minimum 3 to 5 years of practical experience strictly in watch product development (R&D) or watch structural engineering.

• Managerial Experience: Proven experience in team management and project coordination, with a strong ability to lead and develop a team.

• Education: Diploma / Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Product Engineering, Watchmaking, or related disciplines (Engineering background preferred).

• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks / Pro-E / CATIA (3D) for engineering drawing and structural modeling.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of watch engineering structures; familiar with movements, cases, straps, hands, dials, and crowns regarding inspection, fitment, and manufacturing processes.

• Core Competencies: Proven ability to troubleshoot production line technical issues independently; highly detail-oriented with strong stress tolerance.

• Work Location: Must be permanently stationed at the Shenzhen factory, with travel as required.

• Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
