Responsibilities

Job description

職責

• 廠房日常營運與生產管理 ：全面負責廠房的日常管理，包括(但不限於)生產、營運、排程及資源調配，精準管控生產物料之訂單交付週期、有效控制製造成本並最大化生產效益。

• 質量體系與管控 ：健全及維護 ISO 質量管理體系，針對手錶精密零部件及成錶品質標準，統籌來料（IQC）、制程（IPQC）、成品（FQC）全流程品質管控，督導檢驗標準嚴格執行。

• 異常與投訴處理 ：主導生產異常與客戶投訴的重大處理，牽頭設計、工程、生產、品質進行跨部門根因分析，推動問題閉環與持續改善。

• 研發與設計統籌 ：負責與總部研發設計團隊對接，統籌手錶的設計與技術開發，確保新產品、新技術、新工藝的成功落地

• 精益生產與現場規範 ：制定並落實生產現場管理規範，推動及完善 5S、精益生產及安全生產，形成規範有序的生產環境

• 團隊管理與人才培養 ：帶領及管理研發設計、生產製造、品質、工程、倉管等團隊，建立完備的人才梯隊，營造積極的工作氛圍

• 定期匯報 ：定期向香港總部匯報生產進度、廠房績效及營運預算，確保資訊透明及目標對齊

• 合規與安全管理 ：嚴格執行廠房安全生產規範，確保符合內地勞工法例及環保法規

要求

• 行業背景 ： 必須具備10年或以上手錶製造、生產管理實際經驗。

• 管理經驗 ： 其中至少 5 年擔任管理職級（如廠長或副廠長）的工作經驗。具 OEM 生 產管理經驗者優先考慮

• 學歷要求 ： 精密製造、生產管理、鐘錶或相關學科的大專或以上學歷。

• 專業知識 ： 深諳手錶結構、機芯原理（機械/石英機芯）、熟悉手錶及相關配件生產工藝，精通成錶組裝全流程及鐘錶品管 測試標準。

• 核心能力： 具備優秀的團隊領導力、強大的危機處理能力及卓越的跨部門溝通協調技巧。

• 工作地點 ： 須長駐深圳廠房，或有需要時出差。

• 語言能力 ： 流利的粵語、普通話及具備基本英語讀寫溝通能力。

Responsibilities

• Operations & Production: Manage daily factory operations, including production, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely material delivery, minimize costs, and maximize efficiency.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain ISO and quality management systems across IQC, IPQC, and FQC to strictly enforce watch and component quality standards.

• Issue Resolution: Lead the handling of major production abnormalities and customer complaints; drive cross-functional teams to conduct root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

• R&D Coordination: Interface with HQ R&D and design teams to coordinate watch development, ensuring successful implementation of new products and technologies.

• Lean Manufacturing: Establish and enforce shop floor standards; promote 5S, lean production, and workplace safety to ensure a compliant environment.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor factory teams across R&D, Production, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse while building a strong talent pipeline.

• HQ Reporting: Provide regular updates on production progress, KPIs, and operational budgets to the Hong Kong headquarters for full alignment.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce factory safety protocols in strict accordance with mainland labor and environmental laws.

Requirements

• Industry Background: Minimum 10 years of practical experience in watch manufacturing and production management.

• Managerial Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior managerial role (e.g., Factory Manager or Deputy Factory Manager). Experience in OEM production management is highly preferred.

• Education: Diploma / Degree or above in Precision Manufacturing, Operations Management, Watchmaking, or related disciplines.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of watch structures and movements (mechanical/quartz); familiar with component production, assembly workflows, and timepiece QC standards.

• Core Competencies: Strong leadership, crisis management, and excellent cross-departmental coordination skills.

• Work Location: Must be permanently stationed at the Shenzhen factory, with travel as required.

• Languages: Fluent in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin; basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
