Job summary

Nano Sun Pte.Ltd in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore is seeking a Plant Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The role includes daily performance logging, monitoring plant performance, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, instrument calibration, and daily reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
• Daily performance log management of WWTP Plant
• Daily monitoring of plant performance
• Preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment
• Preventive maintenance of electrical and instruments
• Electrical & instruments component health check
• Daily chemical top up and maintain the correct level
• Daily reporting to management of plant performance
• Calibration of instruments as per schedule
• Ensure WWTP compliance with ISO standards
• Control and monitoring system review
• Conduct daily housekeeping and 5S
• Conduct minor maintenance (bi-monthly) and major maintenance (bi-annually)
