Job summary

A waste management company in Tseung Kwan O is looking for a candidate to supervise wastewater treatment operations. This role involves coordinating leachate processing, overseeing filtering systems, and establishing emergency procedures. The ideal applicant will hold a degree in E&M, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, with at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory position. Job Description

• Coordinates leachate processing activities and manages 24/7 shift assignments for treatment operations
• Oversees operation of filtering systems, biological treatment units, and coagulating/settling basins
• Establishes emergency response procedures for equipment failures and power outages
• Leads engineering and technical teams in maintenance projects and service delivery
• Develops equipment specifications and modification plans to enhance operational efficiency
• Manages technician schedules while implementing preventative maintenance programs and monitoring performance data
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Degree holder in E&M / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder ofREW Grade B/ Hor above
• Holder of Green Card, Driving license (1, 2) and other qualifications relative to industrial field are preferred
