RECRUIT123 PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Operator to join our Ang Mo Kio manufacturing team. You will play a key role in day-to-day production operations, ensuring output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

The role offers on-the-job training, a stable, full-time position, shift allowances, and completion incentives where applicable, supporting career growth within our growing manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Manufacturing, Chemical Process Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP-regulated production environment preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends/public holidays where required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production line equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform routine quality checks and in-process inspections, escalating deviations promptly
• Complete accurate production records and batch documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Carry out basic equipment troubleshooting, cleaning, and preventive maintenance tasks
• Follow GMP, workplace safety, and housekeeping (5S) requirements at all times
• Work collaboratively with QC, Engineering, and shift supervisors to meet production targets
• Support changeovers, line clearance, and material handling activities as required
