Job summary

HKT in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch with a hands-on approach.

You will drive efficiency through layout optimization, KPI dashboards, WMS/ERP tooling, and data-driven continuous improvement, lead a team, and ensure compliance with ISO, health and safety, and audits, while collaborating with Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Hands-on leadership of warehouse teams and process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and contract logistics.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, Excel (vlookup, pivot, Macros) and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization and storage capacity.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and implement continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and stock-taking.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, health and safety regulations and audits.
