Job summary

HTK is seeking an Assistant Stores Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, with a hands-on approach.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, WMS/ERP experience, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while collaborating across departments; Cantonese and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience in team leadership and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and data analytics preferred.
• Excellent Cantonese and English communication.
• ISO certification/audit/compliance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Monitor productivity and drive continuous process improvements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, and Finance.
• Develop KPI dashboards to support decision-making.
• Support AI-driven and automation initiatives for forecasting and optimization.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff to foster safety and continuous improvement.
