Job summary

You will supervise warehouse and distribution operations, manage inventory control in SAP, coordinate 3PL providers, and support compliance and safety audits while leading frontline staff to meet tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related discipline.
• 6+ years of hands-on supply chain and logistics experience, FMCG preferred.
• Strong supervisory experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel with data reporting skills.
• Able to coordinate frontline staff and adapt to tight schedules.

Job description

We are hiring a dynamic Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to drive daily operational excellence, safeguard inventory accuracy, optimize order fulfillment, and ensure reliable, on-time localized delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Distribution Operations

Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities to maintain smooth, safe, and efficient facility operations.

Monitor and streamline order processing, scheduling, and transport planning to guarantee goods are delivered to customers accurately and on time.

Oversee and coordinate internal warehouse staff and outsourced teams to ensure maximum workforce productivity and strict adherence to schedules.

2. Inventory Control & System Management

Implement robust inventory control mechanisms, reconciling physical stock movements against systemic records.

Drive order fulfillment, stock allocation, and reporting workflows within SAP to maintain data integrity across the supply chain.

Compile and evaluate daily operational reports, tracking key logistical metrics and highlighting performance anomalies to the Supply Chain Manager.

Act as a core point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transport agencies, and external logistics vendors to track delivery performance.

Promptly handle customer service enquiries, cross-functional order requests, and delivery complaints to maintain service excellence.

4. Compliance, Auditing, and Safety

Assist the Supply Chain Manager during internal and external operational audits

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics or related disciplines

With at least 6 years or above solid hands-on supply chain and logistics experience, ideally gained from a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution environment

Solid supervisory experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics fulfillment

Strong, practical execution skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Confident team coordination skills with the ability to manage frontline warehouse workers, organize shifting logistics priorities, and solve problems under tight schedules.

Competent in data verification, inventory reconciliation, and synthesizing day-to-day data into structured operational reports.
